The home is located in a traditional neighborhood setting, right on Gobbler Drive, but you will have access to Wonderfield Farm to get away from it all! Our property is just minutes away from some of the most famous springs in Florida, such as Crystal River Springs, Rainbow River Springs, Homosassa Springs, just to name a few! Besides spending a day snorkeling among the manatees, you can find plenty of other outdoor activities to do - canoeing, kayaking, and hiking - all right here on the property or just a drive away. There is a public boat ramp to access the Floral City Chain of Lakes just a few doors down from your home if you plan on bringing a boat. You may park your boat, trailer, RV, on the property, no problem. There is plenty of space in the driveway.
